Our History

In 2010, George Papazolou and Carmine Spadafora merged their growing heating and air conditioning businesses to better meet the needs of their ever-expanding customer base. Boss Mechanical opened its doors with five technicians and one office person.

Today, through the determination and hard work of 16 technicians and 3 office staff, Boss Mechanical continues to expand and enjoys a solid reputation for trust and reliability among their loyal customers - so much so that all of our new business comes from their referals to family friends, neighbours and business partners.

George Papazoglou (Co-Owner) – As a dedicated business owner with a passion for HVAC solutions, I began my journey in the trade at the age of 17. Under the mentorship of my father's trusted heating and cooling technician, I quickly developed a deep appreciation for the craft.

Working alongside my father at his fish market, I learned the importance of quality service and customer satisfaction early on. Today, I still carry that same passion and commitment to helping others. Solving HVAC issues for my clients is not just my profession; it’s my calling.

I take pride in providing reliable, efficient, and innovative solutions that make a difference in people’s lives. With years of experience and a love for the trade, I continue to strive for excellence in every project I undertake.
